We are looking for a Mid-level WordPress Developer to support evolutionary maintenance, functional adjustments, and site optimization across existing WordPress platforms.

This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full web development ecosystem while bringing deep expertise in WordPress, frontend, and backend adjustments. The adecuado candidate combines technical problem-solving, operational excellence, and a growth mindset to help drive measurable business outcomes for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

Multichannel campaigns: Design, execute, and optimize functional site adjustments,



custom theme templates, components, and plugin integrations for existing corporate and brand websites. Automated flows: Build and maintain custom themes, templates, hooks, functions, custom post types, and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) based on business logic and technical requirements. A/B testing and analytics: Debug frontend and PHP backend issues, monitor site performance (WPO / Core Web Vitals), and present clear technical solutions and implementations to stakeholders. CRM diagnosis: Evaluate the current state of code, plugins, forms, external scripts (such as ActiveCampaign or Shoppable), and caching/CDN environments to define action plans and viable solutions.

What Will Help You Succeed:

Experience in evolutionary maintenance and development of existing corporate or agency WordPress sites.
Conversational English (ability to lead meetings and communicate clearly).
