Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Preparation of accounts payable and cash flow report
Provide reporting oversight: Ensure accurate processing of financial reports, including month-end closing, monthly forecasts, and variance reports
Tracking advances, credit notes, and outstanding balances
Monitoring advances, credit notes, and outstanding balances.
Filing and managing accounting documents.
Complying with internal policies and tax requirements
Handle financial transactions: Ensure proper processing of received checks, calculate daily deposit transmittals, and maintain financial records
Inspire and develop the team: Supervise, coach,



and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team
