* Experience in Supply Planning and Vendor Collaboration. Experience in FMCG
Sector preferred.
* Experience in leading multiple teams of Supply Planning experts.
* Experience in handling customer communication and acted as single point of
contact for issue resoutions
* Hands on experience of working on planning tools like APO and ERP execution
tools like ECC.
* Masters planning methodologies like heuristics, optimization etc
* Deep expertize understanding of analyzing planning result output and scenario
planning.
* Deep understanding of planning master data and its impact on plan quality.
* Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural
teams spread across geographies.
* MBA Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics / Engineering (preferred)
* Any relevant industry specific Certifications/Memberships (desirable)
