Position: Customer Care Agent
Location: On-site (CDMX)
Schedule: Must be available to work a adaptable schedule, including weekends. This is a 5-day workweek with 2 days off, with shifts scheduled within business operating hours.

? What You'll Do
Be the main point of contact for agents, providing updates and guiding next steps
Follow up on information and documentation needed to keep submissions moving forward
Coordinate with internal teams and support the execution of sales and service initiatives
Manage high-volume workflows while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems
Resolve inquiries professionally and escalate complex cases when needed
Help ensure a smooth and efficient experience by supporting daily operations and process execution
Collaborate with teams such as Claims, Underwriting, and Policy Support
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes
Requirements
✅ What We're Looking For
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong technical aptitude and experience using CRM systems or workflow tools
1-3 years of customer service experience
Call Center experience highly desirable
Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment
