WHAT WOULD YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

CNC Machinery Repair
Set up and adjust cutting tools, fixtures, and workpieces on the machine.
Verify that the CNC program is properly loaded and correct.
Machining Center Operation
Execute CNC programs to machine parts in accordance with technical blueprints.
Monitor the machining process to ensure quality and precision.
Measurement and Quality Control
Use instruments such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and scales to verify dimensions.
Detect deviations and adjust parameters as necessary.
Basic Maintenance
Perform routine cleaning and check fluid levels (oil, coolant, etc.).
Report equipment failures or abnormal conditions.
Production Records
Maintain production logs, tracking cycle times, conforming parts,



and rejected parts.
Blueprint Interpretation
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, tolerances, surface finishes, and symbols.

THE IDÓNEO CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION

Experience operating CNC machining centers (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, etc.).
Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding geometric tolerances (GD&T;).
Basic knowledge of G and M-code programming.
Mastery of precision measuring instruments.
Knowledge of materials (steel, aluminum, plastics, etc.) and their properties.
