We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain the core software agents running on customer endpoints.
This position combines backend development with hands-on investigation, bug fixing, issue triage, and feature development. You’ll help build reliable and secure software that enables data collection, remote execution, and communication between customer endpoints and a cloud platform.

What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years of experience in backend or systems software development
• Strong expertise in Python, including concurrency and low-level system calls
• Experience developing agent-side, client-side, or endpoint applications
• Solid knowledge of networking protocols
• Experience with HTTPS, TLS/SSL, and SSH
• Hands-on experience with API integrations and log investigation
• Background in troubleshooting, issue triage, and production support
• Experience with GitHub or GitLab and Agile methodologies
• Strong unit and integration testing practices

What you’ll do:
• Design, develop,



and test high-performance backend integrations using Python
• Investigate logs, troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and develop new features
• Build stable, secure, and resource-efficient software agents
• Implement persistence and self-healing mechanisms on customer endpoints
• Integrate endpoint software with cloud services through APIs and message queues
• Ensure reliable and secure data transfer between endpoints and the cloud platform
• Create comprehensive unit and integration tests
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with QA and DevOps teams
• Support agent deployment, monitoring, and operational stability
