Participates in development of SCM strategies and initiatives in line with Business Unit requirements. Provide guidance and knowledge in all aspects of supply chain and materials management. Responsible to ensure all standards (integral, customer, TS16949, MMOG, etc.) are understood and adhered to. Interacts with various department heads to ensure goals are in line with overall business strategy. Monitors effectiveness and drives improvement in the supply chain; plans, implements and measures performance improvements.
Job Description
This request repurposes an existing Senior Manager headcount into a Supply Chain Director position, with no increase in headcount. Supply Chain Director – Celaya & Villagrán Manufacturing Complex
Position Purpose
Lead the end-to-end Supply Chain strategy for the Celaya–Villagrán Manufacturing Complex, including four manufacturing plants, the Aftermarket business, and the Dallas 3PL operation. Responsible for delivering operational excellence, customer satisfaction, inventory optimization, cost efficiency, and business continuity while aligning local execution with DAUCH’s regional and global Supply Chain strategy. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to drive transformation, build organizational capabilities, and achieve sustainable business results.
Reports to: Site Manager, Celaya-Villagrán
Dotted-line reporting to: Head of Supply Chain Mexico
