Key Responsibilities:
- Supervises the administration of the Quality Management System (QMS), updates, standardizes, maintains and improves the Quality Management System (QMS) and its processes by evaluating them, generates incidents,
requests corrective, preventive and improvement actions
- It is responsible for controlling, maintaining and conserving documented information, creating, updating and controlling changes to controlled documents, as well as their distribution, access, recovery, use, storage, preservation, conservation and disposal
- Responsible for maintaining ISO-9001 certification. Serves as lead auditor for ISO-9001, leads and coordinates internal audits, as well as the audit team; Supports internal and client audits. Leads corrective and preventive actions to ensure quality requirements
- Provide support for the planning, control and optimization of the organization's processes (QMS) according to the defined requirements and objectives and ensure quality in each of the processes. Supports defining quality standards
