As a Retail Designer, you will help shape engaging, high-quality retail environments across international markets. You will translate customer needs, brand identity, commercial objectives, and strategic goals into compelling architectural and interior design solutions. Working closely with project teams, contractors, consultants, and local stakeholders, you will manage projects from concept through delivery. Your work will combine creative design thinking with technical expertise, commercial awareness, and practical problem-solving. You will develop detailed architectural packages, construction documentation, 3D visualizations, and space plans that bring retail concepts to life. Accountabilities
Translate brand DNA, identity, commercial objectives,



and strategic priorities into architectural and interior design solutions through detailed drawings and plans.
Create, develop, and review architectural, interior design, and construction documentation for a range of retail projects.
Design and plan retail spaces based on customer behaviors, site-specific requirements, commercial priorities, and established design guidelines.
Provide innovative and practical solutions to technical and design challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
Present concepts and design solutions clearly and professionally using plans, sections, 3D models, renderings, and visualizations.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop retail concepts, improve design approaches, and establish effective processes and best practices.
Manage project timelines, organize deliverables, and ensure work is completed according to realistic schedules.
