We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Specialist to lead and support the payroll process within our organization. This role will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Technology, and external vendors to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Mexican payroll legislation, proven experience in payroll system implementations, and English proficiency.
Responsibilities:
Payroll & Process Ownership Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to define payroll processes, workflows, SLAs, and controls. Coordinate with external payroll providers, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and service quality. Develop and document payroll procedures, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
Payroll Operations Validate payroll calculations, statutory deductions, year‐end processes (ISR annual adjustment), and social security obligations (IMSS, INFONAVIT). Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws (LFT), tax laws (SAT), and soc
