About Kiwi
Kiwi is a Series B consumer lending fintech serving the US Hispanic market, with a focus on underbanked consumers. We've raised more than $120MM across debt and equity, with material room to scale our facilities and loan book. We're looking for a seasoned capital markets professional to work directly with the CEO and Finance teams.
What You'll Do
Own the borrowing base process end-to-end: weekly and monthly borrowing base certificates, eligibility testing, covenant compliance tracking (advance rates, concentration limits, minimum liquidity, leverage caps), and lender reporting across our warehouse and subordinated facilities.
Source and manage lender relationships: cultivate new potential lenders — credit funds, banks, forward-flow buyers, and warehouse providers — including preparing data rooms, fielding diligence requests, and running processes through to term sheet.
Build and maintain the company's core financial models: loan-level cash flow and vintage models, facility-level advance rate and returns models, the corporate three-statement model,
and scenario and sensitivity analysis.
Prepare Board and investor materials: Board presentations, lender updates, and analysis supporting equity and debt fundraising.
Support negotiation of credit agreements and amendments alongside management and outside counsel — advance rate tiers, eligibility criteria, covenants, and intercreditor terms.
Partner with the data, credit, and finance teams to turn portfolio performance into strategic decisions.
What We're Looking For
5–15 years in investment banking, private credit, private equity, or capital markets; structured finance, specialty finance, or consumer lending coverage strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience preparing borrowing bases, financial projections, and other detailed lender-facing reporting.
Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel and comfort working with loan-level data; experience using SQL to query data and build automated reports.
