POSITION SUMMARY

The MDM (Master Data Management) Operational Lead is responsible for managing
and directing the day-to-day activities of the MDM Operational Analysts and MDM
Materials Management Analysts across a regional portfolio of four manufacturing
plants. This role ensures consistency in execution, adherence to Service Level
Agreements (SLAs), and alignment of revision changeover processes across all
assigned sites. The Lead drives cross-functional coordination between
Operations, Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing Engineering, and the MDM CCO
(Commercialization Change Order) Team to minimize operational disruptions and
optimize inventory utilization during revision transitions. He/she is
accountable for team performance, process standardization, escalation
management, and continuous improvement across the regional CCO operations
footprint.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Directly manage and develop a team of 8 analysts across multiple
manufacturing plants
2. Ensure all revision changeover processes are executed consistently and
within defined SLAs across all assigned plants
3.



Standardize workflows, templates, and reporting across the regional team to
drive operational excellence
4. Monitor and manage workload distribution across analysts to ensure balanced
coverage and timely execution
5. Serve as the escalation point for complex or high-risk revision changeover
issues that cannot be resolved at the analyst level
6. Coordinate cross-plant dependencies and communicate regional impacts to
senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
7. Analyst trends in changeover disruptions, scrap, rework, and inventory
costs to drive data-informed decision-making
8. Support the development and refinement of standard operating procedures
(SOPs) for CCO operations
9. Provide regular status updates and executive summaries to MDM Operations
leadership on regional performance and risks
10. Gather, scrub, manipulate data to generate average to complex reports and
analysis related
