About the job

Goods & Services is looking for a PMO Coordinator to support the coordination and delivery cadence of complex, multi-team client engagements.



This role keeps program governance running smoothly—driving meeting discipline, tracking open issues to resolution, and ensuring accurate, actionable records across workstreams.

This position is onsite in Mexico City.

What you’ll do:

Facilitate recurring project and steering calls, keeping discussions on track, on time, and focused on decisions and next steps.
Track open issues, risks, and action items to closure, following up proactively with owners across development, QA, and operations teams.
Capture key decisions, action items, and owners in real time, and translate discussion into clear, structured records that teams can act on.
Coordinate with multiple parties—internal teams, client stakeholders, and vendors—to gather status updates and unblock dependencies.
Maintain and update project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Excel, Confluence) to reflect current issue status and delivery progress.
