What is your role?
As a Procurement Supervisor, you will oversee purchasing and sourcing activities, ensuring the timely acquisition of materials and services at the best cost, quality, and delivery conditions. You will supervise the purchasing team, collaborate with key stakeholders, manage supplier relationships, and support strategic sourcing initiatives that align with business objectives.Key Responsibilities
• Supervise the purchasing team and establish work priorities to ensure efficient procurement operations.
• Manage the procurement process for materials, equipment, supplies, and services.




• Coordinate pricing updates, commercial terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with the Sourcing team.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers to ensure service, quality, and cost objectives are achieved.
• Evaluate supplier performance and support Integral Supply Management (GSM) initiatives.
• Monitor purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Analyze inventory levels and coordinate purchasing activities according to demand and planning requirements.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Lead cost reduction initiatives, cost-saving projects, and continuous improvement activities within the supply chain.
• Resolve supplier-related issues, including delivery delays, quality concerns, and commercial discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyze procurement KPIs, including cost savings, lead time
