Role Description
The ServiceNow PreSales Consultant is a full-time remote role focused on supporting customers and prospects throughout the pre-sales cycle. In this role, the consultant collaborates with sales teams to understand client needs, designs tailored ServiceNow solutions, and develops compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing requirements, preparing solution architectures and value propositions, and participating in discovery workshops and technical discussions. The consultant works closely with delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with best practices, while contributing to RFP responses, supporting proof-of-concept initiatives, and staying current on ServiceNow capabilities and industry trends.

Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to assess customer requirements, translate business challenges into ServiceNow solutions, and quantify value and outcomes.
Consulting experience, including conducting discovery sessions, advising stakeholders,



and tailoring recommendations to diverse industries and business functions.
Sales and presales capabilities, such as solution storytelling, building proposals, delivering product demonstrations, and supporting RFPs and competitive bids.
Project management skills to coordinate pre-sales activities, manage timelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth handoff to delivery.
Hands-on knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its major modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or related areas) is highly beneficial.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working in a remote, distributed environment, with strong self-organization and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
