At Viceroy Los Cabos, we believe luxury is lived, not simply experienced. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Leisure Sales Manager to join our team and help us strengthen our presence in the luxury leisure market.

About the Role
The Leisure Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with luxury travel advisors, tour operators, agencies, and key leisure partners to drive revenue and increase brand awareness for Viceroy Los Cabos.
This role requires a strong understanding of the luxury travel industry, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute leisure sales strategies to achieve revenue and business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel advisors, agencies, tour operators, and key accounts.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within key leisure markets.
Conduct sales calls, client visits,



presentations, and networking activities.
Represent Viceroy Los Cabos at travel trade shows, industry events, sales missions, and promotional activities.
Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to maximize business opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account activity updates.
Ensure a high level of service and engagement throughout the client relationship.
Support the hotel's overall commercial strategy and contribute to achieving revenue targets.

What We´re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in luxury hotel sales, leisure sales, travel industry, or a similar commercial role.
Strong knowledge of the luxury leisure market and travel advisor network.
