TCS is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support the design, development, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions within enterprise environments.

The Salesforce Developer will collaborate with architects, developers, Salesforce administrators, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions, develop integrations, support platform enhancements, and ensure the successful delivery of projects and production support activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, enhance, and maintain applications and solutions within the Salesforce platform.
Design and implement scalable technical solutions based on business and functional requirements.
Develop and maintain Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Triggers, and Flows.
Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
Create technical designs and specifications while ensuring minimal impact on existing Salesforce applications and processes.
Develop and maintain test classes to ensure compliance with code coverage standards.




Participate in code reviews and collaborate with developers, architects, administrators, and business stakeholders throughout project delivery.
Provide Level 3/3.5 production support and assist in troubleshooting complex Salesforce issues.
Analyze existing solutions and recommend improvements aligned with Salesforce and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Salesforce Development.
Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification or Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
Availability for full-time employment.

Location
Mexico City, Querétaro, Guadalajara, or Monterrey.
