Compensation & Benefits Analyst, LATAM

This role reports to the Director of Compensation & Employee Programs LATAM and will be based in Mexico City, Mexico.
Responsibilities: Compensation: Support the maintenance of market reference ranges for LATAM roles
Participate in compensation surveys and assess additional market data needs
Analyze market trends and internal pay positioning to inform hiring, promotions, transfers, and retention decisions
Contribute to regional compensation initiatives such as annual reviews, pay equity analyses, and tool rollouts
Perform data analysis and generate insights using scalable tools (e.g., dashboards, reports)
Benefits: Support the design, implementation and administration of LATAM benefits programs across 4 countries (Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Mexico)
Partner with brokers, consultants, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth rene
