Identify all providers involved in a clients treatment, beyond the primary facility listed Locate billing providers and related entities using record-retrieval tools, prior requests, and direct provider outreach Add all identified providers into the internal request system Request Creation & Quality Control
Identify special provider requirements (such as provider-specific forms) and escalate as needed Resolve missing or conflicting information by coordinating with legal case managers Apply here:
