The Platform Support Specialist provides advanced operational support for containerized platforms and supporting infrastructure in a telecom environment. This role focuses on
Kubernetes ,
Linux ,
Python , and
Ansible
automation, with hands-on exposure to cloud platforms. You will ensure platform reliability, performance, security, and scalability while partnering closely with L1/L3 support, application teams, vendors, and infrastructure specialists. What will your job look like?
Kubernetes & Containers
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters (incl. RBAC, namespaces, deployments, pods, services, ingress). Manage platform components (Helm charts, operators, registries), and optimize scheduling, autoscaling, and resource quotas.
Automation & Configuration
Develop robust
Python
automation (deployments, health checks, remediation, reporting). Build
