What you'll do We're looking for a
Collections Associate
to join our team in Mexico City. At Clara, maintaining a healthy financial ecosystem is vital to our mission of empowering businesses across Latin America. In this role, you will be the primary engine for recovering overdue funds, ensuring our cash flow remains robust while upholding the high standard of customer service that defines our brand.
Identify customers in arrears or default status to prioritize recovery efforts.
Manage early collection phone campaigns through our call center partners to ensure timely outreach.
Execute domiciled collection processes via our specialized collection platforms.
Monitor and control payment platforms to ensure all transactions are accurately reflected.
Report recovered balances through established internal communication channels to provide visibility to leadership.
