About the Role We are seeking a highly analytical, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, optimization, and growth of paid acquisition channels, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) . This is a hands-on role that combines strategic planning with daily campaign management. The adecuado candidate has extensive experience managing large-scale B2B paid search campaigns, significant advertising budgets, and multiple accounts simultaneously. They are passionate about performance marketing, data-driven decision-making, and leveraging AI tools to maximize growth and campaign efficiency. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns. Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. Develop campaign structures, audience targeting strategies, bidding models, and budget allocations. Create and execute A/B testing initiatives for ad copy, creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.



Identify and launch new customer acquisition opportunities and scalable growth channels. Ensure advertising best practices are implemented consistently across all platforms. Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging tools to improve campaign performance. Budget Management & Performance Optimization Own and manage advertising spend across all assigned channels. Monitor, analyze, and improve key performance metrics, including: Cost Per Lead (CPL) Conversion Rate Lead Volume Return on Investment (ROI) Cost Efficiency Reallocate budgets strategically based on campaign performance and business goals. Diagnose performance issues and implement corrective actions quickly. Successfully manage and optimize 20 campaigns simultaneously.
