Your hourly bonus rate increases based on the number of valid roofing appointments you set each
payroll cycle:
Tier 1: $7.50/hr 15–17 valid roofing appointments
Tier 2: $9.00/hr 18–21 valid roofing appointments
Tier 3: $10.50/hr 22–25 valid roofing appointments
Tier 4: $12.00/hr 26–29 valid roofing appointments
Tier 5: $15.00/hr 30+ valid roofing appointments
Appointments must meet quality and validation requirements to count toward bonus tiers.
