CIMMYT is looking for an outstanding, self-motivated, and result-oriented professional for the position of HR Coordinator (HRBP) to work in the Global Mobility area of the Human Resources department.
The HR Coordinator (HRBP) will support Integral Mobility and Internationally Recruited Staff (IRS), providing strategic HR advisory services and end-to-end HR operational support.
The role requires a proactive professional with strong international HR expertise, capable of partnering with leaders and managing complex employee relations in a global context and act as a trusted advisor to leaders and staff,



ensuring an excellent employee experience while supporting organizational goals in a diverse, international environment. Strategic HR Partnerships and Global Mobility Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to program leaders, aligning staffing strategies with organizational goals and promoting internal and global mobility solutions. Provide strategic advice on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design to ensure optimal deployment of internationally recruited staff. Analyze trends and HR metrics related to IRS to support data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
Drive change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and cultural alignment. Mentor managers on HR systems, performance management, and staff engagement best practices.
