Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to North America Poly business leaders, shaping critical business decisions and driving profitable growth across Net Revenue, Owned Gross Margin, product cost management, discounts, and overall contra spend strategy.
- Deliver high-impact financial insights through sophisticated analysis and business acumen, translating complex data into actionable recommendations that influence business strategy, optimize performance, and unlock growth opportunities.
- Lead and champion transformational initiatives across the organization, collaborating with and guiding finance professionals across multiple disciplines to achieve ambitious business objectives and accelerate results.
- Own the end-to-end financial planning and forecasting process, driving accuracy and alignment for key business
