Position Description

The Relativity & Digital Forensics Operations Lead is responsible for supporting eDiscovery and forensic matters end-to-end from forensic data collection and preservation through processing, review, and project delivery in Relativity. This role requires strong technical knowledge of digital forensics methodology, electronic data collections, and Relativity, combined with the ability to confidently engage with clients, understand their needs, and coordinate successful project execution.

Responsibilities
Digital Forensics
Plan, coordinate, and execute forensically sound collections of electronically stored information from computers, mobile devices, cloud platforms, servers, and other data sources,



maintaining a defensible chain of custody throughout.
Perform forensic analysis of collected devices and data (including artifact recovery, timeline reconstruction, deleted/hidden data recovery, and identification of relevant digital evidence) using industry-standard forensic tools.
Prepare forensic collection and analysis reports suitable for legal proceedings, including documentation of methodology, tools used, and chain of custody.
Serve as a technical witness resource when forensic findings require explanation to counsel, courts, or regulators.
Stay current on forensic tools, techniques, and emerging data sources (mobile OS updates, cloud/SaaS platforms, IoT, ephemeral messaging apps) relevant to investigations.

Relativity & eDiscovery Operations
Manage and support eDiscovery projects within Relativity from project setup through completion.
Configure and manage Relativity workspaces, including data loads, processing
