As a Machine Learning Engineer at BairesDev, you will design, develop, and deploy sophisticated machine learning models that solve complex business challenges. You'll work on cutting-edge AI solutions, leveraging advanced algorithms and data-driven approaches to create innovative and impactful machine learning systems.

What You'll Do

Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address specific business problems.
Develop end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data preprocessing to model deployment.




Conduct advanced feature engineering and model selection to optimize machine learning solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into production environments.
Perform rigorous model evaluation, validation, and continuous performance monitoring.
Research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning techniques and best practices.

What We Are Looking For

3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or related fields.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques.
Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
Advanced level of English.
