Role: Senior Application Engineering Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Application Engineering Lead with strong experience in TypeScript and modern web development technologies. The idóneo candidate will have hands-on development expertise along with experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring development teams, and establishing engineering best practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and develop scalable applications using TypeScript, NestJS, and React.
• Implement API governance and service architecture best practices.
• Lead interoperability initiatives and healthcare data exchange architecture.
• Mentor and guide development teams in adopting responsible AI practices.
• Establish UI standards and component governance using the MUI component library.
• Design event-driven architectures and messaging strategies using Kafka.
• Define CI/CD strategies and Infrastructure-as-Code standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
MANDATORY SKILLS
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Strong experience with React, Python, AI Agent Creation, and Healthcare.
• Experience with NestJS, OpenAPI, and Vite.
• Strong knowledge of Python and FastAPI.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and basic understanding of HL7 integration.
• Experience with Azure Foundations and Docker.
• Proficiency in GitHub Workflows and GitHub Actions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS
• LangChain, LangGraph, and AI Red Teaming.
• Cosmos DB or MongoDB.
• Prometheus/Grafana for monitoring.
• Helm, Terraform, or ARM Templates.
• BlackDuck and AI-assisted vulnerability detection.
