Job Summary
As a Named Account Executive – Retail at Salesforce, you will drive strategic revenue growth and digital transformation across a dedicated portfolio of high-value Retail enterprise accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives,
aligning Salesforce's Customer 360 platform — including specialized tools like Retail Cloud, Data Cloud, and AI — with your clients' omnichannel, customer experience, inventory management, and personalization goals. By orchestrating cross-functional internal teams, including Solution Engineers and Partners, you will lead complex, high-value sales cycles from discovery to close. Success in this role requires a proven track record of enterprise SaaS sales, deep industry expertise in the Retail landscape, and a value-based, consultative selling approach to consistently exceed ARR targets.
