Job Description
Will lead the regional Business Continuity Management (BCM) agenda, ensuring the organization is prepared to anticipate, respond to, and recover from business disruptions while safeguarding business operations, employees, customers, and strategic objectives. This role is responsible for driving BCM governance, standards, risk assessment processes, crisis preparedness, and continuity planning across LATAM. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with country leadership teams, functional leaders,



and general stakeholders to strengthen organizational resilience and ensure alignment with corporate policies and best practices. Given the regional and global nature of the role, the individual must be capable of influencing across cultures, managing multiple priorities, and operating effectively in a highly matrixed environment.
Requirements
Education • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Risk Management, Supply Chain, Organizational Development, or related field. • Master's Degree preferred. Experience • 7+ years of experience in Business Continuity Management, Risk Management, Operational Excellence, Organizational Effectiveness, Supply Chain, or related disciplines. • Proven experience managing regional or multi-country programs. • Experience working in complex matrix organizations. • Strong track record of stakeholder management at senior leadership level. • Experience within logistics, supply cha
