(Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 3 day per week)
Job summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Automation Tester to join our QA team. The idóneo candidate will have a solid background in manual and automated functional testing, with the ability to take full ownership of quality assurance across the software development lifecycle. The role requires a mix of functional validation, test design, automation skills, and collaboration across teams.
Experience required and main responsibilities
Advanced English (interviews will be conducted in this language)
4+ years of hands-on test automation experience, including direct experience with mabl and playwright (or comparable low code + code-based tools combination)
Proficiency in Javascript or Typescript for Playwright test development
Design, build,
and maintain automated end to end test suites for HR Saas web applications using mabl’s low code, AI/self-healing test creation.
Develop and maintain custom automated test using Playwright (Test Script/JavaScript) for complex UI flows, cross-browser regression, and scenarios beyond low-cod coverage.
Automate data flows and business logic between HR applications and SAP integrations (SuccessFactors, ECP, SAP CPI/Integrations).
Validate data integrity and error handling for inbound/outbound SAP integrations which are primarily file based or point to point replication.
Integrate mabl and playwright test suits into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Harness etc) for continuous testing on every release where applicable.
Triage test failures, distinguish true defect and drive them to resolution with various stakeholders and development teams.
Collaborate with business, SAP dev & integration teams to translate requirements and acceptance criteria into automated test coverage.
