POSITION OVERVIEW
We are hiring remote Candidate Screeners to qualify candidates by phone for our client campaigns. You will work leads we provide, using our dialer and approved scripts, run live qualification calls, and stay on the line while each qualified candidate completes the client's application, so the confirmation is in hand before the call ends.

This is a high-volume, phone-first role. You will speak with candidates all day. The screeners who do well here are consistent, organized, and comfortable holding the same standard call after call.




Fully remote.

A TYPICAL DAY
You'll work a full day on the phone: 180 to 200 dials, 40 to 55 real conversations, and 10 to 12 candidates you personally walk through the client's application and confirm before the call ends. Every one of those confirmations is $7 on top of your retainer. Leads, dialer, and script are all provided, so your only job is the conversation.

SCHEDULE
We have two openings:
Weekday: Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Time
Weekend-inclusive: Wednesday through Sunday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Time. Saturday and Sunday are required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct live phone qualification calls with candidates using company-provided leads, dialer, and scripts
• Screen against campaign-specific requirements, including experience thresholds, licensing, work history, and any disqualifying criteria
• Ask every required screening question clearly and record the candidate
