About the role
We are looking for a junior lawyer to support the legal and compliance needs of one of SVA’s key clients in a dedicated, embedded capacity.

In this role, you will support the implementation and continuous improvement of the client’s AML, KYC, KYB, and regulatory framework. You will work closely with Legal, Compliance, Product, Operations, Risk, and Technology teams to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, practical, and scalable business processes and controls.

This is an idóneo opportunity for a junior lawyer seeking to develop deep expertise in financial regulation while gaining hands-on experience within the legal and compliance function of a fast-growing fintech company.

What you’ll do
Research and analyze AML, and financial regulatory requirements applicable to Client's operations.




Support the preparation, review, and updating of policies, manuals, procedures, risk assessments, and internal controls.
Assist with regulatory filings, periodic reports, information requests, certifications, and communications with financial authorities.
Support the Compliance Officer and Legal team in preparing for regulatory inspections, audits, and internal reviews.
Assist in the legal and compliance assessment of new products, features, partnerships, and operational processes.
Support internal investigations, remediation plans, and responses to identified compliance issues.
Prepare practical legal guidance, training materials, and internal communications for business teams.
Maintain clear and organized records of regulatory obligations, filings, policies, approvals, and supporting documentation.
What we’re looking for
Law degree.
Approximately one to three years of experience.
