Role Overview We're looking for an energetic, curious, and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing general team. As part of the Business Development function, you'll play a pivotal role in driving net new pipeline growth across Latin America (LATAM) through a mix of inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting.
You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers—sparking meaningful conversations, identifying business needs, and creating qualified opportunities for our sales team. Key Responsibilities Pipeline Generation & Qualification
Develop new business opportunities through proactive outbound outreach (email, phone, social, events) across key LATAM markets.
Qualify and follow up on inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality engagement.
Research and identify target accounts,



buyer personas, and relevant stakeholders to tailor messaging and outreach.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to uncover pain points, assess fit, and convert leads into qualified opportunities.
Territory & Account Development
Execute outreach strategies aligned to the company's
ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
and regional priorities.
Partner closely with Regional Sales Managers to coordinate territory plans, handoff processes, and feedback loops.
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM to ensure visibility and forecast accuracy.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Collaborate with Marketing to optimize campaign follow-up, messaging, and lead nurturing strategies.
Provide market insights and feedback from conversations to help shape go-to-market messaging.
Leverage AI-driven tools and automation to improve prospecting efficiency and personalization.
