The Executive Assistant (Calendar + Creator Ops Hybrid) serves as both the central authority for executive scheduling and the operational backbone behind content and audience growth initiatives. This role exists to protect executive focus through disciplined calendar ownership while independently running creator operations systems that ensure consistent content execution.



You will ensure consistent short-form content output leading into a major book launch, directly supporting audience growth and engagement. Your work will improve visibility into content performance and outreach effectiveness, enabling better decision-making and sustained momentum.
