Role:
Manage customs operation, import/export, on-time delivery activities and procedures to ensure compliance, customer satisfaction
What you'll do:
Coordinating procedures across functions for the import and export management to ensure the execution of compliant shipments and foster a cooperative atmosphere towards customer service.
Monitoring special programs of import/export accounts; assisting in the obtaining and preparing all necessary documentations in related logistics business.
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in foreign Trade or a related field
Fluent English (Intermediate to Advanced)
Below are some of the most important skills that are required in this position:
Import/Export:
Advanced knowledge of Foreign Trade regulations, including the Customs Law (Ley Aduanera)
Understanding of import and export compliance regulations established by local and international authorities, supported by a minimum of 5 years in import/export compliance, customs, foreign trade, or related functions.
Strong knowledge of pedimento classification and customs entry codes, particularly for temporary and virtual operations, including the corresponding foreign trade requirements and procedures.
Knowledge and administration of Annex 24
Problem Solving:
Knowledge of tools or techniques for recognizing and resolving problems.
Ability to communicate effectively across different areas or departments (At different levels) to apply knowledge of prob
