JHands-on experience with the ServiceNow SDK (NOW SDK), including local application initialization metadata transformation, and deploying scoped applications from a local IDE (e.g., VS Code).

Experience leveraging Now Assist for Creator (or similar generative AI developer tools) to optimize development efficiency, code generation, and workflow automation.
Hands on experience with incident management, problem management, change management, knowledge management, service catalog, service level management (SLM), workflows and email notifications
Good understanding of core platform features, flow designer, ACLs, server side APIs and client side APIs in ServiceNow
Good knowledge on ATF, reports, dashboards, import sets, transformations, update sets and system clone, upgrades in ServiceNow
Hands on experience on development of custom scoped applications
