Job Purpose:
Support the Middle School Principal in leading a safe, structured, and high-performing learning environment aligned with the IB philosophy and school standards. The Vice Principal oversees daily academic, behavioral, and operational processes while fostering a positive school culture and strong relationships with students, staff, and families.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation of the school's mission, values, and IB philosophy.
Lead student behavior, attendance, wellbeing, and discipline systems.




Monitor teaching and learning practices through classroom observations and teacher support.
Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
Build strong partnerships with students, families, and staff.
Oversee daily school operations, schedules, teacher coverage, and school events.
Support safeguarding initiatives and student protection practices.
Collaborate with IB Coordinators and support teams to ensure student success.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field (required).
Master's Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Educational Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
IB Training, workshops, or certifications (preferred).

Experience

3 to 4 years of teaching experience.
Previous experience in academic coordination, student management, or school leadership roles.
Experience working within IB frameworks, preferably MYP.
