The Influencer Marketing & Operations Specialist plays a central role in scaling and optimizing influencer and creator programs within a high-growth marketing technology environment. This role sits at the intersection of influencer management, marketing operations, analytics, and cross-functional coordination. You will own creator outreach, relationship management, performance tracking, and reporting workflows while partnering closely with leadership and creative teams. This role is well-suited for an organized, data-oriented operator who enjoys building repeatable systems.



You will directly support the growth and efficiency of influencer and creator campaigns by ensuring smooth operations from outreach through reporting. Your work will improve campaign visibility through accurate dashboards and performance tracking. Your contributions will enable leadership to make data-driven decisions and scale creator programs sustainably.
Influencer Outreach & Relationship Management – 35%
Own the full influencer lifecycle from sourcing and outreach through contracting and payment coordination Manage and maintain relationships with 100+ creators and influencer partners at scale Oversee creator briefs, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and compliance requirements Identify high-performing creators for long-term partnerships, renewals, or whitelisting opportunities Marketing Operations & Reporting – 30%
Build and maintain a centralized CRM for influencer and creator relationships Track influencer and organic social performance
