Role Overview Develop and launch, under the procedures established in the Quality System and the IMI lean manufacturing philosophy; the manufacturing processes for the development of quality and low-cost products,



as well as lead new projects and/or integrations to the operations engineering processes..

Key Responsibilities · Prepare Ensure the successful launch of new projects, in accordance with the procedures established by the company.
- Provide daily technical support to the assigned production lines, ensuring continuity and efficiency in the operation.
- Define and standardize the selection of cutting tools by part family or process, considering performance, availability, and cost.
- Provide the list of critical spare parts for new or modified tooling, as well as the latest level designs
- Monitor the performance of tools in the production process, using indicators such as useful life, frequency of change, and reasons for stoppage.
- Develop and maintain CNC programming standards (block structure, tool nomenclature, macros, cutting parameters) to ensure consistency between machine
