The Email Lifecycle Marketing Manager will own and build the company's CRM and lifecycle email strategy from the ground up. You will act as the voice of the brand in the inbox, combining strategy, technical execution, and creative excellence. This role requires a hybrid marketer—part lifecycle strategist, part systems thinker, and part creative operator—who can thrive in a fast-paced, product-led growth (PLG) environment. The adecuado candidate enjoys cross-functional collaboration, is data-driven, and has a strong creative sensibility. Provide actionable insights from email performance to influence Product and Growth strategy.



Establish email as a core communication channel that reflects a polished, human, and cohesive brand voice. Streamline email marketing processes for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Lifecycle Infrastructure & Orchestration – 40% Own and manage the ESP and CRM stack, ensuring smooth integration with product data. Build and maintain dynamic user segments based on behavioral and usage data. Run A/B tests on subject lines, timing, layouts, messaging, and CTAs. Monitor key performance metrics and translate results into actionable recommendations for Product and Growth teams. Campaign Execution & Creative – 30% Design, write, and build high-quality, visually compelling emails aligned with brand standards. Ensure proper rendering across devices and inbox providers. Customize and troubleshoot email templates using HTML/CSS as needed. 3–5+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, or Email Marketing. Strong experie
