Lead end-to-end project management for Dove's social-first content and campaigns, from brief intake through to delivery and publish
Plan and manage fast-turnaround production workflows for short-form video, static, motion, and interactive social content
Coordinate with content creators, influencer partners, and talent to ensure smooth production schedules, clear deliverables, and timely asset delivery
Partner with social media managers to align content calendars, publishing schedules, and reactive opportunities with production capacity
Manage day-to-day communication with the Dove brand team, keeping stakeholders informed, approvals on track, and feedback loops tight
Build and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budgets across multiple concurrent workstreams
Establish and refine production processes tailored to social speed, including te
