We are seeking an organized and efficient Facilities Coordinator to join our team at our Parque Industrial Las Colinas, Mexico location. Monitor and control facility-related expenses within the approved budget. Coordinate space planning and office moves as needed. 2-3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.



Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation. Knowledge of budgeting and cost control principles. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Facilities Management Professional (FMP) experience (preferred). Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred). Ability to work versátil hours and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
