The Project Manager is responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, data, and stakeholder coordination stay tightly aligned across multiple concurrent initiatives. This role blends hands-on project coordination with operational rigor—owning workflows, trackers, documentation, and communication so that projects move forward smoothly without dropped details. Manage projects from initiation through completion across multiple workstreams Track milestones, timelines, dependencies,



and deliverables Follow up on action items and ensure closure Execute pre-project and launch checklists to ensure readiness Monitor project status daily and flag risks or blockers early Ensure smooth handoffs between phases and stakeholders Maintain clear ownership and accountability for tasks Drive projects to completion with minimal supervision CRM & Data Management — 20%
Maintain high-quality CRM hygiene in HubSpot or similar platforms Update records, pipelines, trackers, and project statuses accurately Manage reporting documents, trackers, and dashboards Ensure data accuracy across spreadsheets and systems Clean, deduplicate, and organize records consistently Support leadership with reliable data and reporting Stakeholder Coordination & Communication — 20%
