Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring plans,



and interview processes Source candidates through proactive outreach, referrals, and creative search strategies Conduct phone screens, manage candidate relationships, and drive an excellent candidate experience Schedule interviews and support coordination needs as we grow our talent team Track hiring metrics and pipeline health in our ATS (Lever) and share monthly reporting with hiring teams and leadership Collaborate with the rest of the HR team and marketing team on employer branding and candidate communications Continuously seek to improve and automate our recruiting processes, documentation, and tools Contribute to broader People Team initiatives that may including onboarding and employee experience as we are a small and might team, but plan to grow in the future. 3+ years of experience in recruiting, roles preferably in a startup fast paced environment Experience hiring and sourcing for technical roles both in Mexico and the US Fami
