- Main activities:
- Lead and develop the team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture with continuous improvement.
- Provide strategic direction and clear analysis to support decision-making and business requirement understanding.




- Ensure PSGL availability, stability, and performance (monitoring, capacity management, and operational continuity).
- Manage end-to-end incidents and problems in ServiceNow (triage, prioritization, coordination, communications, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and preventive actions).
- Coordinate support for financial close (daily/monthly): operating windows, process execution/tracking, validations, and key user support.
- Oversee interfaces, batch processes, and upstream/downstream flows, ensuring data integrity, traceability, and data quality.
- Maintain and enhance runbooks, operating procedures, Service Level Agreements (SLA) & Operational Level Agreements (OLA), and Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) plans (including testing and evidence).
