We are looking for a highly consultative Business Systems Analyst who is passionate about understanding business needs and transforming them into scalable technology solutions.

You will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, helping drive smarter processes, system enhancements, and automation opportunities through a mix of business analysis and low-code solution building.
- What You’ll Do:
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and operational needs.
- Drive enhancements and implementations across enterprise SaaS platforms connected to Salesforce environments.
- Support initiatives related to CRM, Lead-to-Opportunity processes, Customer Success Automation, Professional Services Automation, and related systems.
- Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved user experience.
- Build and validate prototypes in sandbox environments using low-code/no-code configurations and UI-based automations.
- Collaborate with technical teams, vendors,



and business users to define and document functional requirements and proposed solutions.
- Participate in backlog prioritization, solution discussions, QA testing, and release validation.
- Create clear documentation including process flows, business requirements, and system functionality.

What We’re Looking For:
- Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical/system solutions.
- Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools, workflows, automations, or system configuration.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
