We are now looking for a highly driven and independent professional to lead and develop our Strategic Capital & Investor Relations department.
Mission
Support Onivius fundraising and strategic capital efforts by assisting with investor outreach, pipeline management, follow-ups, fundraising coordination, and investor relationship support across debt and equity opportunities.
Responsibilities
Investor Outreach
- identify and research Angels, HNWIs, Family Offices
- LinkedIn outreach
- maintain outreach pipeline
- manage follow-ups
- coordinate investor calls
Fundraising Support
- support debt and equity fundraising initiatives
- assist with investor materials
- support data room organization
- prepare meeting summaries
- assist with due diligence coordination
Investor Relations
- maintain communication with prospects
- manage CRM and investor tracking
- schedule investor meetings
- support strategic partnerships outreach
Administrative & Strategic Support
- support founders during fundraising process
- organize investor document
