We are hiring Bilingual Inbound Sales Agents with strong job stability and proven call center sales experience to join a growing telecommunications company in Mexico City.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales calls for telecommunications products/services
- Deliver outstanding customer service in English and Spanish:
- Achieve and exceed sales KPIs and conversion goals:
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary:$19,000 - $21,000 MXN/month:
- commissions (earn more based on performance)

Paid Training
- Duration:2 weeks:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Time: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Work Schedule




- Rotating or assigned shift within operational hours
- Two guaranteed days off weekly

Requirements:
- 2+ years inbound sales experience (call center / contact center):
- Bilingual English-Spanish (advanced level required)
- Strong job tenure / employment stability in previous roles:
- Proven sales performance and target achievement
- Full-time availability
- Must live near or commute easily to Benito Juárez, CDMX (Insurgentes Sur)
