About the Company

The company specialized in large-scale construction and mission-critical infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on data center development and high-performance industrial environments. We are looking for a highly experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead safety operations and regulatory compliance during the execution of complex construction projects.

This position is idóneo for professionals with proven experience in data center construction, mission-critical facilities, industrial megaprojects, hyperscale environments, or high-risk construction operations requiring strict OSHA compliance and advanced safety management practices.

Key ResponsibilitiesSafety Program Management
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs, policies, procedures, and site-specific safety plans.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, construction safety standards, and company safety protocols.
- Lead safety orientation programs for employees, contractors, subcontractors, and visitors entering the job site.




- Promote a behavior-based safety culture and ensure adherence to all safety requirements.

Site Inspections & Risk Assessment
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly safety inspections across construction sites.
- Identify unsafe conditions, hazardous activities, and potential risks related to electrical systems, energized equipment, heavy machinery, elevated work, confined spaces, crane operations, excavation, rigging, and material handling.
- Perform Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), risk assessments, and corrective action tracking.
- Monitor housekeeping, PPE compliance, lockout/tagout procedures, fall protection systems, and emergency response readiness.

Incident Investigation & Reporting
- Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe behaviors to determine root causes.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
